Peat Chimney - Rob Roy
Ingredients
60ml Peat Chimney Blended Malt Scotch Whisky
30ml Red/Sweet Vermouth
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
cocktail cherry & orange zest to garnish
Method
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir well over good quality ice.
Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a cherry and orange zest.
Peat Chimney - Espresso Martini
Ingredients
40ml Peat Chimney Blended Malt Scotch Whisky
30ml good-quality strong espresso
15ml Coffee Liqueur
dash of sugar syrup
3 coffee beans
Method
Add Peat Chimney, espresso, coffee liqueur and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker.
Shake very hard until foamy.
Strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
The Hive - Hive Fashioned
Ingredients
60ml The Hive Blended Malt Scotch Whisky
10ml of sugar syrup
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
orange zest to garnish
Method
Stir The Hive, sugar syrup and bitters over ice in a mixing glass.
Pour into an ice-filled rocks glass.
Garnish with fresh mint and a twist of orange zest.
The Hive - The Hiveball
Ingredients
50ml The Hive Blended Malt Scotch Whisky
150ml of cloudy lemonade
lemon wheel to garnish
Method
Pour The Hive into an ice-filled highball glass.
Top up with cloudy lemonade and garnish with a lemon wheel.
