Ingredients
40ml Peat Chimney Blended Malt Scotch Whisky
30ml good-quality strong espresso
15ml Coffee Liqueur
dash of sugar syrup
3 coffee beans
Method
Add Peat Chimney, espresso, coffee liqueur and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker.
Shake very hard until foamy.
Strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
