a richer, more indulgent profile. Look for deep dried fruit, dark chocolate, spiced
orange, and warming Christmas cake notes. A luxurious choice for those who
love a bold and complex dram.

Maturation & Storage
Secure, Transparent and Carefully Managed
Once filled, your cask will be matured and securely stored in our HMRC-approved bonded warehouse in Fife. The purchase price includes the first ten years of warehousing and insurance.
While we recommend bottling after ten years, you are welcome to let your whisky continue ageing until the moment feels right.
Your cask will be officially registered in our bonded warehouse records under your name. You will also receive a personal login to request samples and view your cask’s location at any time. This ensures full transparency and confidence that your whisky is cared for at every stage.
You can choose to bottle your cask once it legally qualifies as Scotch whisky, after three years and one day, but most owners prefer to wait until ten years. If you decide to keep it longer, additional storage and insurance fees will apply.
Storage Process
