Notes
Nose Icing sugar, lime curd, fondant icing and vanilla sponge cake. Grassy meadows can be detected in amongst the apple turnover that is this dram
Palate The vanilla and lime follows on to the palate, with an added spiciness of freshly ground green and rose pepper. After a short while in the glass this dram develops further with some fruity notes such as peach and apricot adding to the complex mix of flavours bursting out of this dram
