Say hello to Michael, our Distillery Experience Manager!
We asked Michael to tell us more about what he does, what his regular day looks like and what he loves about working at Kingsbarns:
“I look after the whole site with the exception of the whisky and gin production. This ranges from dealing with tour bookings to arranging the installation of EV chargers and everything in between. The managing of the team here also falls under my responsibilities but it is made easy as we have a great bunch of people on the team.
My regular day would consist of a fair bit of office work, mixed with hands on work in the Visitor Centre, I very much enjoy looking after the visitors and secretly enjoy it when I get to do a tour or lead a tasting! No two days are the same here, and that’s how I like it!"
