Smoke and Zest Gin was originally launched back in 2021 as a member of our Cottage Series Gins. After a great reception, we've decided to bring it back...this time in a 70cl bottle! Honey Syrup 120ml water 120g honey 2 sprigs of rosemary Cocktail 50ml Darnley’s Gin 25ml lemon juice 45ml apple juice 15ml honey syrup Fresh or dehydrated apple slices for garnish Honey Syrup Instructions Place the water, honey, and rosemary in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
