- 50ml Darnley’s Original Gin
- 25ml Pineapple Juice
- 10ml Vermouth
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Dash Gomme syrup
- Angostura Bitters
- Dash pasteurised egg white
Method
Pour all ingredients into a shaker over ice and shake rapidly. Double strain into a sherry goblet. Add 3 drops of Angostura Bitters to garnish.
