To celebrate our first anniversary on 30th November 2015, we launched the Kingsbarns Distillery Founders’ Club. The club is a unique chance to be part of our whisky journey.
Once you purchase a Founders' Club membership, you will be sent your Welcome Pack and our inaugural release single malt whisky (Founders' Reserve 2018) alongside Founders' Reserve 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 bottlings, making a total of 5 70cl, cask strength bottles.
You'll also receive previews on new releases, invitations to our Founders' Club events at the distillery and online and access to free tours. As well as a discount on core range products.
We are passionate about making whisky and can't wait to share this collectable set of whisky releases with you.
The price of membership is £550 plus delivery charges which vary according to the country you live in.

FOUNDERS' RESERVE 2018
ABV: 62.1%
FILTRATION: Non Chill-filtered
CASK TYPE: 1st fill American Oak bourbon barrels
NOSE: Pineapple, banana foam sweets, warm custard and caramel, milk chocolate
TASTE: Soft salted fudge to start, summer berries (sour cherries and redcurrants)
FINISH: Ginger and lemon tea
FOUNDERS' RESERVE 2019
ABV: 61.1%
FILTRATION: Non Chill-filtered
CASK TYPE: 100% STR barriques
NOSE: Opens up to reveal dried fruit, figs, orange peel and plum syrup. It's jammy! There is a little mint chocolate chip in the background all held together beautifully by a soft vanilla note
TASTE: The palate begins with spiced marmalade and sultanas soaked in cider brandy. Christmas cake spice in here too
FINISH: Long. The spice note lingers before developing into herbal complexity with menthol and wild sage
FOUNDERS' RESERVE 2020
ABV: 61.6%
FILTRATION: Non Chill-filtered
CASK TYPE: ex-Peated Barrels
NOSE: Fresh pears and Galia melon. Delicate, wispy smoke gives it a beautiful coastal edge
TASTE: Fruit salad of melons and green apple following on from the nose
FINISH: Subtle peat smoke and just a touch of salt in the finish
FOUNDERS' RESERVE 2022 - NOW AVAILABLE
ABV: 61.4%
FILTRATION: Non Chill Filtered
CASK TYPE: Ex-Oloroso American Oak Sherry Butts
AGE: 7 Years
NOSE: Marzipan cake, preserved cherries and muscovado sugar
TASTE: Dark, jammy fruits alongside nougat and thick caramel
FINISH: Mulled spices, dried apricots and a touch of espresso
