This bittersweet cocktail is seriously simple to make for an absolutely delicious way to enjoy our award-winning single malt whisky.

A great one to make at home this weekend and to enjoy once you're back at your favourite bars again.

You'll need:

50ml Dream to Dram single malt whisky
35ml Lemon Juice
10ml/2tsp Sugar Syrup
2-3 Dashes of Bitters
15ml egg white or aquafaba for a vegan alternative
Ice
Lemon wheel to garnish

Pour the whisky, lemon juice, sugar syrup, bitters and egg white or aquafaba into an ice filled cocktail shaker.

Shake well, then strain into an ice filled rocks glass.

Garnish with lemon wheel and enjoy!
