As the name Silken Daydream suggests, it's an unbelievably smooth malt, with swathes of sweet toffee and caramel, with an elegantly long creamy finish.

The Notes
Nose An initial nose of freshly milled barley, clotted cream, toffee and honey. The suggestions of oak appear as coconut, custard creams and butterscotch
Palate A nice, creamy medium bodied palate with soft vanilla and toffee flavours. Pears dipped in honey and rich Chantilly cream
Finish The finish is clean, cooling and has hints of toffee like a butterscotch flavoured ice cream
