Matured exclusively in an ex-Bourbon barrel and drawn from a cask yielding only 249 bottles, this limited expression showcases the natural variations and nuances that can only be found in a single cask. Natural colour and non-chill filtered.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Fragrant violets, sweet vanilla icing, and freshly cut grass.
Palate: Timed pears, dried apricots, and vanilla pods.
Finish: Dry spice with grapefruit and cayenne pepper.
