We are delighted to announce that bottles of Kingsbarns Distillery New Make Spirit are now for sale at the Visitor Centre and on our online shop. Distilling started in January 2015 and Distllery Manager, Peter Holroyd, and his team are so delighted with the quality of the spirit being produced that it was decided to bottle some for all to try as well as filling it into casks. Scotch Whisky has to mature for at least 3 years and a day in oak casks and so the launch of the new make spirit will give visitors and curious whisky drinkers...

1st April 2015 We are happy to announce that the distillery will now be welcoming visitors from the new hours of 10am - 6pm. The first 'Kingsbarns Tour' begins at the same time of 10.30am but there is now an additional tour at 4.30pm. The tour lasts an hour and is a great introduction to Scotch whisky, taking you through the season of whisky making and finishing with a dram in our tasting rooms.
