Happy Mother's Day!

Celebrate with mum by making our Kingsbarns Spring Sunrise cocktail.

The flavours of zesty lemon and fragrant elderflower perfectly complement our light, fruity and floral flagship single malt, Doocot. Paired with ginger ale, a dash of bitters and a lemon wheel, we think this makes for the perfect drink to welcome in the first signs of spring.

You will need:

  • 25ml Kingsbarns Doocot Single Malt Whisky
  • 25ml St. Germain elderflower liqueur
  • Lemon juice (squeeze in half a lemon)
  • 150ml ginger ale
  • A dash of Angostura bitters

 

Method:

  1. Fill your favourite whisky glass with ice.
  2. Add in the whisky, then the elderflower liqueur.
  3. Squeeze in your lemon.
  4. Top with the ginger ale and add in a dash of bitters.
  5. Add your lemon wheel to garnish.
