It's Doocot launch day!
As we continue our journey as a young distillery, we’re committed to remain true to our Lowland home, our people and our independent spirit. Full of sweet, fruity character, Doocot embodies just that. It is light, intensely fruity, floral and complemented by a rich colour coming from the high quality casks it has matured in. Our new flagship single malt has enjoyed a longer maturation in cask, maintaining balance and developing complexity.
We're incredibly excited to finally be able to share our delicious liquid with the world and proudly introduce the next step in our distillery's journey. In preparation for today's celebrations we have a bottle of Doocot ready and waiting to be enjoyed in 32 venues chosen to help us launch our highly anticipated release.
