Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 50ml Darnley’s Spiced Gin
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 12.5ml Sugar Syrup
- 50ml Cava
- 50ml Appletiser or Apple presse
- Apple slices
Method
Build over ice, top with cava and Appletiser and gently stir, garnish with an apple slice or apple fan.
