Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 50ml Darnley’s Original Gin
- 15ml grapefruit juice
- 1 tbsp Rosemary simple syrup*
- 1 can soda
- 2-3 rosemary sprigs, for garnish
*Rosemary simple syrup
- 250ml water
- 250ml cup of sugar
- 85g of rosemary, stripped from stem
Method
Add ingredients over ice, garnishing with a fresh sprig of rosemary.
