• 25ml Darnley’s Original Gin
• 25ml Elderflower cordial
• 25ml Soda water
• 75ml Prosecco
Carafe (Serves 4)
• 150ml Darnley’s Original Gin
• 150ml Elderflower cordial
• 150ml Soda water
• 450ml Prosecco
To Serve
Build the Elderflower Spritz in a wine glass or carafe over plenty of ice. Combine Darnley’s Original Gin, elderflower cordial, soda water and prosecco. Stir gently and garnish with a fresh slice of lemon.
