Cask: 100% ex-Peated barrels
Nose: Fresh pears and Galia melon. Delicate, wispy smoke gives it a beautiful coastal edge.
Taste: Fruit salad of melons and green apple following on from the nose.
Finish: Subtle peat smoke and just a touch of salt in the finish.
