About Aultmore Distillery:
Nestled in the heart of Speyside, Aultmore distillery boasts a rich history dating back to its founding in 1897 by Alexander Edward. Renowned for its distinctive Speyside character, Aultmore is distinguished by its slow distillation process, which maximises reflux and allows heavier elements to contribute to its rich, sweet profile. This meticulous approach ensures that each drop of Aultmore whisky, including "Sweet Time," embodies its typical spirit character of light & fragrant, with cut grass & green apples. The distillery’s name, Aultmore, means ‘the big river’ in Gaelic, reflecting its deep-rooted connection to the region’s landscape and traditions.
Tasting Notes:
Immerse yourself in the golden pine appearance and vibrant aromas of crunchy apples, pears, and floral notes. Delve into a palate rich with sweet pastry, custard, and a creamy vanilla nougat finish. Each sip of "Sweet Time" is a testament to the artistry of independent bottling and the distinct character of Aultmore whisky.
Experience the allure of "Sweet Time" this summer—a perfect time to enjoy the refreshing and vibrant flavours of Aultmore’s finest. Only 12 bottles available.
