FOUNDERS' RESERVE 2018

ABV: 62.1%
FILTRATION: Non Chill-filtered
CASK TYPE: 1st fill American Oak bourbon barrels
NOSE: Pineapple, banana foam sweets, warm custard and caramel, milk chocolate
TASTE: Soft salted fudge to start, summer berries (sour cherries and redcurrants)
FINISH: Ginger and lemon tea.

FOUNDERS' RESERVE 2019

ABV: 61.1%
FILTRATION: Non Chill-filtered 
CASK TYPE: 100% STR barriques
NOSE: Opens up to reveal dried fruit, figs, orange peel and plum syrup. It's jammy! There is a little mint chocolate chip in the background all held together beautifully by a soft vanilla note.
TASTE:  The palate begins with spiced marmalade and sultanas soaked in cider brandy. Christmas cake spice in here too.
FINISH: Long. The spice note lingers before developing into herbal complexity with menthol and wild sage.

FOUNDERS' RESERVE 2020

ABV: 61.6%
FILTRATION: Non Chill-filtered
CASK TYPE: ex-Peated Barrels  
NOSE: Fresh pears and Galia melon. Delicate, wispy smoke gives it a beautiful coastal edge
TASTE: Fruit salad of melons and green apple following on from the nose
FINISH: Subtle peat smoke and just a touch of salt in the finish

FOUNDERS' RESERVE 2021
