Kingsbarns Cranachan
A long refreshing cocktail that pairs the fruity intesity of the new make spirit with refreshing rasberry and soda.
-25ml Kingsbarns Spirit Drink
-100ml raspberry juice
-50ml soda
-10ml sugar syrup
-Squeeze of lime
Simply stir all ingredients (hold the soda) with ice in a tall glass until cool and well mixed. Top up with soda and garnish with a fresh raspberry. Enjoy!
Kingsbarns Rob Roy
Quite a punchy cocktail this one! It is built in a similar way to the classic Rob Roy but with bramble and oak leaf wine instead of Vermouth.
-35ml Bramble and oak leaf wine
-35ml Kingsbarns Spirit Drink
-orange bitters
Add the ingredients to a mixing glass and stir over ice; strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Their is no need to garnish simply serve straight up or mix in rocks glass filled with ice.
New Make Martini
Dry, strong and intense for the short cocktail lover!
-1 part Elderflower liqueur
-1 part Fino Sherry
-2 parts Kingsbarns Spirit Drink
Stir together all ingredients with ice and serve in a chilled Coupe glass with a slice of apple to garnish.
