This cask profile has been designed to suit the fruity, complex and light spirit, which has been meticulously produced. Matured In: 90% ex-bourbon barrels, 10% STR Barriques

Nose: Banana, pineapple and summer berries, with a slight herbal note.

Palate: Soft toffee, custard pasty and redcurrants.

Finish: Spicy finish of ginger syrup
